Heart Mountain beef is raised on 2,200 acres of open ranchland in Wyoming's pristine Big Horn Basin. Our Angus cattle are 100% USDA Organic certified, raised without hormones or antibiotics, grass-fed and grain-finished for optimal flavor, and dry-aged by master butchers for 21-28 days. The combination of open-range raising, clean Wyoming environment, and expert processing creates a product that is genuinely in a different category from commercial beef.

All Heart Mountain beef is individually vacuum-sealed, flash-frozen to -20°F, and shipped in our custom eco-friendly insulated packaging designed to maintain frozen temperatures for 72+ hours in transit. We ship Monday through Wednesday to ensure packages do not sit in transit over weekends. We use expedited shipping for all beef orders. If your order arrives thawed, contact us immediately and we will make it right.

Yes! We currently ship to the contiguous 48 United States and have a dedicated international program for the UAE market. Our UAE Export Collection is halal-certified and processed to meet UAE import requirements. For international shipping inquiries outside the UAE, please contact us directly.

Choose your preferred subscription box (Monthly Essentials or Pitmaster's BBQ), select your billing frequency (monthly, quarterly, or annual), and you're set. Your box ships automatically at the start of each billing cycle. You can pause, modify, or cancel your subscription anytime with no fees. Subscribers save 5-10% versus single-order pricing.

Heart Mountain runs retreat programs from May 1st through October 15th. Our current offerings include the Wyoming Awakening Retreat (5 days/4 nights), Ranch Day Pass (1 day), Wellness Therapy Intensive (3 days/2 nights), and the Summer Full Season Retreat (7 days/6 nights). All multi-day retreats include accommodation, all meals, and guided wellness programming.

Heart Mountain retreats are designed to be accessible to most adults in reasonable health. Some activities like trail hikes involve light to moderate physical exertion. All wellness activities including yoga are available at beginner level. If you have specific physical limitations or health concerns, please mention them during the booking process and we will customize your experience accordingly. Equine therapy and sound healing sessions require no physical fitness.

Yes. Heart Mountain serves as the USA-based eco-tourism and agricultural counterpart to the UAE Blue Oasis Life properties. The same core wellness philosophy and wellness programming that drives Blue Oasis is the foundation of Heart Mountain's retreat experience. If you are already part of the Blue Oasis community, your guest status and any applicable benefits carry over to Heart Mountain.

Absolutely! Our Ranch Day Pass (from $295 per person) offers a full day on the ranch including yoga, guided tour, trail ride, farm-to-table Angus lunch, and sunset wellness session. Day passes can be booked individually or for groups. We also accommodate ranch tour-only visits for groups interested in the beef operation.

Our UAE Export Collection is halal-certified through an approved certification body. We are currently exploring kosher certification and hope to offer certified kosher cuts in the coming season. All other Heart Mountain beef meets USDA Organic standards. Please contact us directly for any specific dietary certification inquiries.
